Jakarta - Helatan akbar MTV Video Music Awards (VMA) 2020 rampung diselenggarakan di New York City, Amerika Serikat pada Minggu, 30 Agustus 2020 waktu setempat atau Senin pagi waktu Indonesia.
Sederet artis musik sukses memboyong piala kemenangan. termasuk penyanyi Lady Gaga yang menjadi pemenang paling banyak dengan perolehan trophy Moon Man dari 5 kategori penghargaan berbeda.
Sementara di urutan pemenang terbanyak kedua, ada grup boyband BTS yang sukses menyabet 4 penghargaan dari semua kategori yang dinominasikan yakni yaitu Best Group, Best K-Pop, Best Pop, dan Best Choreography.
