By installing, accessing, or using Agent7 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent7 is an AI-powered desktop application that enables AI assistants to interact with Gmail through the Gmail API. The Service:

• Runs entirely on your local machine
• Uses OAuth 2.0 for secure Google authentication
• Provides tools for reading, sending, and managing emails
• Is provided "as-is" under the MIT License

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

1. Google Cloud Setup: Creating and managing your own Google Cloud project and OAuth credentials
2. API Compliance: Adhering to Google's Terms of Service and API usage policies
3. Account Security: Keeping your OAuth credentials and tokens secure
4. Content: All emails sent through the Service
5. Usage Limits: Staying within Gmail API quotas and rate limits

4. Permitted Use

You may use Agent7 for:

• Personal email management
• Automating legitimate email workflows
• Integration with AI assistants for productivity

5. Intellectual Property

Agent7 is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to:

• Use the software for any purpose
• Modify and distribute the software
• Include the software in proprietary projects

The MIT License requires only that you include the original copyright notice in any substantial portions of the software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

8. Third-Party Services

Agent7 integrates with Google Gmail API. Your use of the Service is also subject to:

• Google Terms of Service
• Google Privacy Policy
• Gmail API Terms of Service

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by:

• Removing the MCP server from your client configuration
• Revoking OAuth access in your Google Account settings
• Deleting local credential files (~/.gmail-mcp/)

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
